KRE, a major developer and manager of luxury multifamily properties, engaged our team to create a growing library of virtual tours across its residential portfolio. With over 200+ distinct unit types across multiple buildings, our work focuses on capturing high-quality Matterport scans for each layout as units become available — a process requiring careful coordination and swift execution between tenant turnovers. The resulting virtual tours are polished and edited for branding consistency, then integrated into each property’s leasing toolkit to enhance marketing and accelerate lease-ups.
