Michael Elia
Michael is working in the construction management industry for Structure Tone as a Project Engineer in the healthcare sector. He graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is in the final year of obtaining his MS in Engineering Management. Michael uses his skills to manage all aspects of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems with an efficient and hands on approach. The experience he is gaining from the healthcare environment along with his mechanical background creates a synergy conducive to develop systems for health, wellness and sustainability. In his free time, Mike loves to cook, play golf and stay active.
Frank Filato
Frank has worked for a few small architecture firms which have heightened his experience with residential and commercial architecture and construction. He currently works for Delos Living LLC as a Project Architect. Frank graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS in Architecture and is in the final year of obtaining a MS in Construction Management. Frank hopes to one day use his experience to lead FirstLook through design and construction of their projects from start to finish. In his free time, he loves any excuse to spend time outside and work on cars.
John Anthony Pizzi
John Anthony has worked for engineering firms such as Bohler Engineering and Doka USA designing site plans and custom concrete formwork. However, after graduating summa cum laude with a BS from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Civil Engineering, he decided to change his career path and work towards becoming a physician. While taking courses preparing for medical school, John Anthony is also an academic mentor for high school and college students. He consistently works to to help inspire young adults to make both career and life decisions. He hopes to bring a unique outlook on problems and solutions within FirstLook’s infrastructure with his continuing education. In his free time he loves playing sports and spending time with his family.
