For a prominent retail center in Hackettstown, NJ, our team was tasked with producing a dynamic property overview video to support the center’s leasing and investment efforts. The site, which includes major tenants like Lowe’s, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and 30+ other retail and dining establishments, needed a video that highlighted both its diverse offerings and its strategic location.
We captured aerial drone footage to showcase the property’s scale and key anchor tenants, while also integrating demographic data, surrounding amenities, and details on existing leases to provide a comprehensive snapshot for potential investors. The video was designed to be both flashy and informational, giving investors a clear picture of the property’s value and market potential.
