Project Overview: Our team provided comprehensive LiDAR scanning and a Matterport 3D tour to document the existing conditions of the historic Loews Theater before renovation began. This digital baseline supported design coordination and stakeholder communication across multiple trades, including direct collaboration with Phelps Construction and several of its subcontractors.
We continue to capture regular construction progress updates. High-resolution LiDAR data is central to workflows for MEPFP coordination and curtain fabrication—ensuring precision and reducing rework in this complex architectural environment.
As part of the restoration process, we also performed detailed LiDAR scans of all stage and house curtains to assist a specialty fabricator in measuring and matching historically accurate draperies prior to fabrication and installation.
