Project Overview:
The Arsenal Trade Center is a major industrial development in Sayreville, NJ, featuring three expansive warehouses on a single site. Our team was engaged to document construction progress across the entire project footprint, capturing a mix of aerial and ground-based media throughout the build.
In addition to traditional media services, this project leveraged DroneDeploy to its fullest extent. With such a large and evolving site, DroneDeploy allowed us to deliver georeferenced maps, regular orthomosaics, and — most critically — stockpile volume measurements to help the client monitor and manage material movement throughout the construction cycle. The platform also enabled easy sharing of real-time data with stakeholders, reinforcing transparency and efficiency on-site.
