Project Overview:
750 Walnut Ave is a multi-building luxury apartment development in Cranford, NJ. Unlike large-scale industrial jobs, this site required a more tailored visual strategy to capture the design-forward nature of a residential community. Our team provided comprehensive construction progress documentation, with both aerial and on-the-ground coverage throughout the build.
Using DroneDeploy as the backbone of the operation, we delivered ongoing site mapping, orthomosaics, and material tracking tools. What made this project unique was the depth of interior documentation: with two apartment buildings rising in parallel, we captured a substantial volume of interior photos and walkthroughs to support both construction oversight and pre-leasing marketing efforts. We even implemented interior 3D tours using the Insta360 camera—allowing stakeholders to virtually explore finished and in-progress units.
