Project Overview:
At 3060 S 61st Street, a major logistics development in Philadelphia, our team provides end-to-end construction documentation using aerial drone capture and DroneDeploy. This includes ongoing orthomosaic mapping, stockpile tracking, and photo/video progress updates that support site management and logistics for the project stakeholders.
Early in the project, the client provided an XML file of the proposed design surface, which we integrated into our workflows to monitor grading progress and validate site conditions against planned elevations. This added a layer of precision that proved critical for aligning field progress with design intent.
In parallel, we produce quarterly marketing videos tailored for CBRE and its development partners. These are elevated, cinematic-style videos that blend our standard drone content with ground-level, high-quality videography shot on-site. Designed to help generate interest and excitement among investors, tenants, and the broader market, these videos strike a balance between promotional value and professional documentation.
